The Program Category includes the following Program Settings.

CSR Available Reward Types

The Summary tab of the Member Profile screen includes a section called Available Rewards. By default, this section displays a list of Offer Responses (Coupon type only) and Gift Cards that this Member has been issued. This Program Settings lets you customize what types of assets appear in this section.

To configure this Program Setting:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the CSR Available Reward Types setting.

  2. From the Value drop-down menu, select the asset types that you want to appear in the Available Rewards section. The available options are: Coupons, Gift Cards, and Coupons with Certificate Codes.

  3. Click Save.

SSO Expected Params

This Program Setting allows you to list the fields expected to be passed when creating or updating Members via SSO endpoint.

To configure this Program Setting:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the SSO Expected Params setting.

  2. From the Value drop-down menu, select email, integration_id, first_name, and / or last_name.

  3. Click Save.

CSR Use Email Alias

By default, Loyalty clients store Member email addresses in the Email System Member Attribute. The platform automatically validates this Attribute, and will not allow the same email address to be used more than once. When creating a new Member Profile, the platform will generate an error if it detects a duplicate email address.

However, some clients prefer to allow multiple Members to have the same email address. The CSR Use Email Alias Program Setting allows clients to store email addresses in a different System Member Attribute named Email Alias. The platform does not validate Email Alias for duplicates when creating a new Member Profile, which allows more than one Member to have the same email address.

Note: This Program Setting must be set to False to use the Geofencing feature for Wallet Passes. See the Wallet Pass iOS Geofencing Guide for more information.

To enable this Program Setting:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the CSR Use Email Alias setting.

  2. From the Value drop-down menu, select True.

  3. Click Save.

CSR Screen Tabs

This Program Setting controls the tabs that are displayed on the Member Profile screen.

To configure this Program Settings:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the CSR Screen Tabs setting.

  2. From the Value drop-down menu, select one or more tabs that you want visible on the Member Profile screen. The sequence in which the tabs are added in the Value field controls the sequence in which the tabs appear on the Member Profile screen.

  3. Click Save.
